Troubleshooting

Images not uploading

Check that your Google Drive files are publicly accessible or that your FTP connection is working. Verify that images are in supported formats.

Images not matching with products

Ensure your image filenames contain the SKU, barcode, or product title. Check that the matching type selected matches your filename format.

Queue jobs stuck in pending

Jobs are processed automatically. If a job remains pending, check the logs for errors. Ensure your Google Drive or FTP connection is active.

API & Technical Details

Background Processing

All upload and export jobs are processed in the background using a queue system. Jobs are automatically picked up and processed, even if you close the browser.

Image Storage

Images are uploaded directly from Google Drive or FTP to Shopify. The app uses Shopify's REST API to upload images and associate them with products and variants.

Rate Limits

The app respects Shopify's API rate limits and processes images efficiently. Large batches may take some time to complete.
